Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery/pickup.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items are only eligible for return or exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.

Please contact us before attempting a return/exchange.

Preorder items are ineligible for return/exchanges.

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible refunds will be given in the form of store credit to Elodie Grace Boutique.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after purchase

You will be updated with tracking information once the items have shipped.

US orders ship for $8.50 flat rate and free shipping over $100.

Free pick up is an option to locals. We require that you notify us when you are picking up an order. Please do not pick up without stopping inside to tell us or you can message us upon pick up to notify us that you are picking up an order. Local pick up bins are housed either outside of Elodie Grace on the front porch or inside (weather permitting), only available to pick up during open business hours. Local pick up bins do not stay outside when we are closed.
